Delivery Requirements
Signature Required
All orders require a signature upon delivery for security. If you are not available:
- Courier will leave a notification card
- Parcel can be collected from nearest depot
- Redelivery can be arranged (fees may apply)
Safe Place Delivery
You can provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "leave with security," "deliver to back door"). We cannot guarantee safe place delivery for high-value items.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed:
- Check tracking information for updates
- Contact our support team after the estimated delivery date has passed
- We will investigate with the courier
Failed Delivery Attempts
- Courier will attempt delivery 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, parcel returns to our warehouse
- Redelivery fees may apply
- Parcels held for 7 days before being returned
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Take photos of the damaged packaging
- Contact us immediately at shipping@bushwalk.co.za
- We will send a replacement at no cost

PO Box Deliveries
We ship to PO Box addresses within South Africa for small items only. Large items require a physical street address.

- Order early to ensure timely delivery
- Express delivery may not be available to all areas
